Fusion Media Services believes that improving the close ratio is ultimately more important than the number of leads.

Imagine a ten percent close ratio. You get 100 calls per week. You close 10. To make a twenty percenty increase in business you'll need to get 120 calls per week. Doable - but what's your Customer Acquisition Cost?

 

The question we ask is - how are your sales tools? How's your message? What' does your PROSPECT perceive is yoru reality - not WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE? Making sure that the message sent to your customer is the same as the message you want to send is VITAL. 

 

We hope that he has ALREADY done everything he can to ensure that his current sales force is extremely effective. He would know they are because he receives regular reports from his Sales Manager (or Office Manager) reporting the close ratio of each sales person... along with other information (ratio per service type, accuracy of bidding, etc).
